Winter Wheat, the sixth Noble Collection expression, is a limited-edition variety featuring a special mash bill consisting of 51% robust winter wheat, 39% corn, and 10% malted barley. The deliciously buttery character of winter wheat and the richness of flavors are highlighted by careful aging in barrels made of charred American white oak.
